An Englishman shares his Tai Chi experience

Oliver Conran arrived in Hong Kong from England a year ago. He has been practicing Tai Chi for 9 months, and he shares his personal views as well as his experience with this ancient form of physical exercise. Tai Chi movements are derived from martial arts, and there is a two-fold challenge to Tai Chi practitioners. There are the external physical movements, and the need to coordinate different parts of the body. And then there is the internal mental state, the health benefits that come from concentration and relaxation.
