Clifford A Hart, Jr., has been a diplomat over 30 years. He went to China for three times, Soviet Union and Iraq each once. Recently, he was assigned to be the special envoy for the Six-Party Talks. In July 2013, he has taken up the post of Consulate General of United States in Hong Kong, responsible in dealing with all kinds of cooperations betweem U.S., Hong Kong and Macau.
